First day of school

I am the proud father of two sons that just started third and fifth grade Here is our annual picture in the front yard

Here we are going into their school this year was very special as we had Nana who went with the boys to school.

This is the first time Justin has has a male teacher since his kindergarten class. His teacher is VERY into the arts and into acting. Justin is already anticipating the next day!!

Here he is actually going into the class. It is amazing I remember him going into 1st grade.

Justin is very excited about having a male teacher and hopefully will flourish under him.

We had a little scare with Joe's teacher as originally he was scheduled to have Justins old teacher who Anna made cry. We talked to the principal and he switched to his new teacher

Well before they went to school they got to hang with Nana and Papa by themselves (without a baby) and they just had a blast. Justin attached himself to Nana and tried to even follow her into o the bathroom. But it was nice because he hasn't connected with any one and now she can call and he will talk to her when he would ignore anyone else

But they did share Nana and Papa with us to go to the Ice museum down town which is a neat little place that gives the history of the World Ice carving championships. They also had some Ice carvings
